While converting the DWG model, created in ProSteel for AutoCAD version to DGN for ProSteel or Power ProStructure, the unexpected conversion achieved. The proper scale does not appear. This happens due to Insertion Scale in DWG file. __________________________________________________________________________________________Original issue description:Hi. I have an issue importing dwg files from a previous version of Prosteel which are automatically converted to dgn format. During the process my model is reduced in scale by a factor of exactly 1000. ie. a4100mm beam is 4.1 units long. Can you please advise if there is an incorrect setting ?I have attached both files as an example. You can see the tiny model at the ACS origin. Thanks, Brian Dufty__________________________________________________________________________________________
This usually happens if the Units in insertion scale in DWG file is selected wrong. If the DWG file is in Metric the unit must be in Millimeters, not in Centimeters or Meters.
