In ProStructures CONNECT Edition Update 1, you can define two Configuration locations at install time:
Note: It is highly recommended that you use the Custom Configuration for your work and not the Delivered Configuration. The Delivered Configuration primarily contains example data for your reference and may get updated in future releases.
The main difference between the Configuration settings in ProStructures CONNECT Edition Update 1 versus the previous CONNECT Edition releases is that previously, at install time, you could define the path for WorkSpaces and Organization folders within a Configuration; whereas now you can define the path of the Configuration folder itself.
If you have a previous release of ProStructures CONNECT Edition installed, and have custom WorkSpaces created, then while upgrading you should point the Custom Configuration field to the folder that contains the WorkSpaceSetup.cfg file of your Configuration. If the custom WorkSpaces were created in the delivered Configuration folder (C:\ProgramData\Bentley\ProStructures CONNECT Edition\Configuration), then you should point the Custom Configuration field to that location. While upgrading, the Custom Configuration field by default points to C:\ProgramData\Bentley\ProStructures CONNECT Edition\Configuration.
Post-installation, you can define a third location of Configuration using the <-WR> command line argument. Such a Configuration is displayed as User Configuration in the WorkSpaces drop-down list in the Work Page.
