Overview
This document will explain how to access the Bentley Software Downloads (or Fulfillment Center) to download ProStructures or any other Bentley applications.
Method
You can access the Bentley Software Downloads by the following methods:
Option A: Through the CONNECTION Client:
1. Click on the CONNECTION client desktop application
2. This will redirect you to the CONNECT Center page where you need to scroll down and under the My Services section click on Software Downloads button.
Option B: Through the Bentley Web page:
You can directly browse to the CONNECT Center page at www.connect.bentley.com and follow the step as mentioned in Option A) – Step 2.
Option C: Through the product itself:
If you already have ProStructures installed on your machine, you can also access the Fulfillment center from the application itself by following the steps as mentioned below.
1. When using the ProStructures application itself, the user should go to File > Help > Product Support
2. This will then direct you to the Product Support page where you need to click on the Software Downloads link.
3. It will then redirect to the Bentley Fulfillment Center or Software Downloads page.
How to download ProStructures or any other Bentley application?
Once you are in Software Downloads page follow the below steps to download ProStructures or any other Bentley software.
1. You can either directly search the product in Search field or can filter out by Product Line (e.g. Structural Detailing) and Brand (e.g. ProStructures), then click on Apply button.
2. After this select the required product.
3. Now, enter all details of your required product and click on 'Apply'. After this click on 'Download'.
Your file will now be downloaded.
