Get partlist data having less weight coming less than 1 Kg

    Product(s): ProSteel
    Version(s): V8i (08.11.14.238)
    Environment: N/A
    Area: Report
    Subarea: Partlist
Original Author Sandip Kar, Product Advantage Group

    Problem Description

Sometime it is observed that plates or parts having less weight coming less than 1 Kg or weight coming as fraction like 0545 kg or 0.03 kg are not displaying in Partlist. Below is an example

Here the plate weight is 0.3862 kg and for that when it is created Partlist we cannot see the weight for that.

    Steps to resolve

This issue is coming due to the Precision / Accuracy set for the value in the ProSteel Options.

Change the Accuracy to 4 digits after decimal, which can give more precise value like as below image.

And below is the output for that plate with the weight

In this way one can get the partlist data for the plate weight having less weight coming less than 1 kg.
