When users have some issue in application, they need to raise Service Request so that Technical Analyst can attend that request to resolve that issue. In the past when users using ProStructures for AutoCAD version, the Service Requests could be raised from within the application. This document will explain how to log or report a New Service Request from the application itself.
Please follow the below steps to do that.
