In this document we are going to learn how to apply newly created Text Style to Title of 2D Drawings and how to change the vertical distance of the Title text.
Please follow the below steps to apply newly created text style to Title of 2D Drawings and change the vertical distance of title text. 1. Open the text style dialog and create one new text style. You can copy one existing Text Style and then rename it (e.g. Drawing Title). Then follow the steps as shown in the below image.3. Open Place Label tool from Steel > Drawing Production > Annotation and create new template (e.g. Title). See below image.4. Right click on newly created template and click on load. Go to Text Content and click on the drop-down and select newly created text style (i.e. Drawing Title). Set the size and color for that text style. See below image. 5. Now, again go to template, save and overwrite the newly created template. (i.e. Title)6. Open 2D Detail Center from Steel > Drawing Production > Detailing. In 2D Detail Center, go to Views and preview any view and open Edit Detail Style. See below image.7. In Detail Style, go to 2D Display > Common > Text Display and select ProSteel/Title in the drop down menu of Detail Text Template. After selecting update the preview. See below image.8. After updating preview, the newly created text style is applied to 2D Drawing title. See below image.9. To change the distance of Drawing title text, again open Place Label.10. In Place Label, go to Display Style and change the value of Vertical offset (e.g. from 10 to 5). Now save and overwrite the template.11. Now, go to model and update the preview, you can see in the below image the distance of the Title text has been decreased.In this way, we can apply the newly created text style to title of of 2D Drawing and also can change the distance of the title text.
