    Overview

This is a solution to create Conical Funnels in ProSteel/ProStructures using Bent Plates.

    Solution

    1. Create a 180º Arc with the AutoCAD Arc Commad then mirror it to form a complete circle.
    2. Then select the ProSteel Create Plates Button or type on the command line PS_PLATE.
    3. From the ProSteel Plates/Polyplates dialog box > go to the Arc Plates tab > set the with to the thickness you desire the funnel to be > set the width to the length you need > select the option to Isert a Polyplate by selected Arc.
    4. Once the Arc is selected you will see the plate inserted > enter the in the Rotation rectangle the angle you need the funnel sides to have then click -Phi. > the plate will take the angle.
    5. Repeat the procedure for the second Arc.
