Stiffeners are excluded from the group if the group is copied

    Problem

Users sometimes manually group the stiffeners with the members and while copying such manually grouped structure, there are high chances that stiffeners may lose their grouping after copying.

This wiki will guide to avoid this issue and determine the correct workflow.

    Solution

1.The best suggestion to avoid this issue that one should not manually group the stiffeners with the main part. Because, it is not a good workflow at all to manually group the stiffeners as it can cause problems during  modifications and other modelling operations.

    2. While placing the stiffeners, in the stiffener dialog box, under ‘Connect’ tab, user ‘Enable Group’ option to group the stiffeners with the part.

    3. The standard and safe workflow of grouping Stiffeners is always turning on the ‘Enabled Group’ option from stiffener dialog.
