This tool is part of the flyout/toolbox grouptools.

After starting the tool, selecting all group parts that should be adjusted all sub parts will have
the level assignment changed to the same level as the main part.

When the process is finished a message appears displaying how many groups have been updated.

Now all group parts should be on the same level.
