The Match and Extend tool automates the Single Rebar Distribution Placement. This tool can be used for creating additional rebars between two different rebar sets. In this wiki we will learn how to use this tool to create Note: This feature is implemented in ProStructures CE Update 5.2. So, users using the old versions will not see this tool in their tool ribbon.
1. Under Concrete Workflow, navigate to the Rebar Placement section and select the ‘Match And Extend Tool’ .
2. Now, as shown in the image below two reinforced walls are placed, and one can create additional supporting rebars between two wall reinforcements with the help of this tool.
3. Now select the tool and then select reinforcement sets of both walls.
4. You can observe that the additional corner Rebars are getting created between two wall reinforcements.
