Problem

The shortcut keys to display the tool groups are not working.

Solution

In that case, AccuDraw just doesn't have the focus.
You can test this by simply pressing the space bar. This should bring up a standard function group.
If this does not happen, AccuDraw has no focus.

Then either click in one of the fields of the AccuDraw bar,

 

or pressing F11 key is also working.

AccuDraw losing focus happens, for example, when you have just done something in the settings.
However, this should not usually happen when working in a drawing.
