    Overview

Many times, there is a case where users need to apply the General Baseplate connection having the same properties at multiple places. In this wiki, we will learn how to reapply the connection at different places.

Note: This feature of Reapplying the General Baseplate connection is available in the ProStructures CONNECT Edition update 6 and later versions.

    Method

    1. First, apply the General Base plate connection to the first column by setting desired geometrical and other properties.
(For General Baseplate tool, navigate to the Home>Steel Connections>General Baseplate)

    2. After applying the connection, the General Baseplate dialog will pop up again, and to reapply the connection, click on the sixth button at the bottom named ‘Reapply Connection’.

    3. Now, you can select the required multiple columns at a time to apply the same connection. (Refer to the GIF Below)
