Problem

In the Detail Center, under the parts tab, the users may see all parts with similar position numbers. In this wiki, we will see how this can be avoided, and a single entry can be shown in the parts tab of Detail Center Standard.

Solution

1. Open the Detail Center Standard and click on the parts tab.
2. All the parts with similar position numbers are listed here.

3. To show only their single entry, go to the ‘Display and Filter’ option.

4. In this dialog, check the option ‘Show entries only 1X’.

This will show only one element per position number and will make it easy for everyone to track and check all the parts.
