Problem Description
ProStructures crashes after Check In the file from ProjectWise Client.
Cause of this issue
The files shown in the below image were causing this problem. They were located in the below mentioned path.
Path: pw:\\<DatasourceName\Documents>\...<ConfigurationFolder>\WorkSpaces\<WorkSpaceName>\Standards\ProStructures\Rebar\Detailing\Metric\charts\
Steps to resolve
Please follow the below steps to resolve this issue.
1. Export your WorkSpace and then import it in new test Datasource and managed it a Standard Dynamic way to replicate the issue.
2. Now, compare your WorkSpace files with our standard Australia WorkSpace files using 'Beyond Compare 4' third party Software.
3. Comparing each file in your WorkSpace and the files which looks fishy then move/delete those files.
4. And test this issue in each operation and finally somewhere you will found the root cause of this issue.
5. Then test this in your machine with your login credential in your Datasource.
