Retaining wall between two embankments

Question

The Vertical alignments of two parallel tracks are getting changed around 5m along 1km. Because of that the toe of the embank for higher track (Upline) is infringing the cess of the other track(Dn line). So i want retain the filling at cess by providing retaining wall at cess of the embankment track (Dnline). 
 Please some one explain the procudure or share some videos.

It would be easier to understand with a picture. but anyway you have to define a retaining wall component between the 2 tracks. The top of the wall is controlled by the upper track and the bottom by the lower track. This can be done in a single template (track1,wall,track2) or in separate corridors if tracks are not parallel.
