When the Set of Cross Sections is created (Sheet Layout, Single Sheet Each Model - crossections are created as individual Sheets in Design File, with attached reference borded), there is a need to exclude certain sections (Sheets) from the set. By just deleting the Sheet from the model (through Project Explorer) the sheet and the crossection does not exist anymore, however the subsequent Sheets will not update the automatic numbering tags (e.g. there are 70 sheets, and you remove #5 of 70 and #9 of 70, then you should get only 68 sheets and numbering should go without interruptions from 1 to 68).
I could not find a way to exclude certain stations from Cross Section generator, to eliminate unwanted sections / sheets.
It would be very helpful if, e.g. with Cross Section Viewer you navigate to appropriate section (with station marker) and then click to exclude this section and sheet from the set. Or, alternatively, when you navigate with the Viewer, and notice which sections are to be removed, then go to Cross Sections dialog, Update Cross Section tab, and then choose Display Off sections from station xx+xx.xxx to yy+yy.yyy and then, after regenerating sections and sheets, those sections are omitted from the set. You can then repeat Update - Display Off operation with another station ranges, until you will remove all unwanted crossections from the set.
But now the Viewer allows only to navigate through the set of Sections, and nothing else. While Update - Display Off operation allows only to remove certain elements from the created cross sections, but not to eliminate unwanted crossections from the set.
Any advice, help, workaround?
