Import ground Auto level data offset method for applying designed alignment

Question

Ground data are collected with respect to centre line in offset method . 
 chainage, offset, reduced level in auto level . 
 how to import and apply in alignment. 
 
 please help me

If you don't already have the points you want to annotate, you will have to create them. 
 One way is to create a template (reusable) with a single component (or only null points) that includes enough points on left and right each 5m. 
 Each point must have a horizontal constraint (5m from the previous or a distance from the axis) and a project to surface (active or named one). Create a corridor using this template at a regular interval = 5m. create Surface, Annotate features of this surface.

you can import this using text import wizard. Set your alignment as active and import the text file defining columns station, offset, elevation. But first you have to amend the file so that the station appears on each line.

Such commands are not yet available in OpenRail Designer. OpenRail Designer is including Connect advisor usually a small icon on the top right just beside "sign in". You can search for quick start. Also when you start the program you have information before starting a session:
