ContextCapture - option in Power Rail Track
any one knows how to use this option in PRT and material/links related to this, please guide me.

You can't. PRT consumes ContextCapture production.
Workflow is:
- data acquisition: photos and/or point clouds
- process using Benley ContextCapture to create the reality mesh.
- Opt: edit/enhance using ContextCapture Editor or Descartes
- Opt: share using Context Share service (cloud service)
- use in any Bentley product: 3MX, or 3SM (new format)
