How to design reverse curve between two parallel lines without providing any straight/linear element between reverse curve in BRT ?
Is there any tool available ?

It depends on the elements you want to insert between the 2 straights. Probably you will have to use the Multiple Element Regression Analysis tool used as a Multiple Element Connection solver. Open the tool, select first element and last element (the straights), then right click in the blank space in the dialog to add elements. Then free at least 3 parameters and apply to try solving the connection. try to not start too far from the solution if you want to get a result.
