is it possible to annotate quick profile view to get station and elevation of Ip's, basic infor about curve and length and grades. ?
Only way i know in ORD is to create profile view using named boundary but i cannot do additional design on it.
So i would like to open view 4, create profile view and using element annotation tool annotate profile to get basic info

No you can't annotate the dynamic profile view. all info is given by selecting the elements. Tracking is done with plan to ensure coordination as well as highlights of horiz element types. You can annotate by yourself if you wish with drawing tools.
