when i want to create a stationing it works at a normal line with the "Modify" and "Element Annotation function". But when i want to apply it at a complex element - nothing happened.

What do you mean by Create a stationing ? I don't understand the workflow with Modify and Element Annotation function. Do you want to change the stationing or annotate the stationing ? Annotation does work if a good feature definition (one with an annotation group) is assigned to the element.
What is the OpenRail Designer version used ?
With "Modify" and "Element Annotation", I get a stationing like the lower one (normal line). Now I want to apply it on the upper one. This is a complex element. I want to annotate and change the stationing, because our stationing does not start at 0+000 . Which feature definition could i choose? What do you mean by annotation group? I use Open Rail Designer Connect Edition 2018 Release 3 Update 5 Version 10.05.00.30. Sorry we only started working with this programm.
I have seen that I can add the station which I want for example 3+544 this is not a problem. My problem is that i can not depict the stationing at a complex element.
So the complex element looks good and has a feature definition that is using feature symbology with stationing annotation group, correct ? And you are using annotate element or annotate model, correct ?
if yes then maybe an issue with the data. I don't have any issue with annotation.
