Have been having a go with some Civil Cells in order to model turnouts in PRT SS4 08.11.09.872 (with some success)
Recently, after I had finished creating one, I tried to place it and received the same error described in the thread linked HERE
This error throws up issues with Microsoft .net framework, and keeps noting that the civil cell is not valid for placement.
Prior to this, I dropped the civil cell, compressed the file, saved and saved settings - nothing strange or different.
Now I cannot use Civil Cell functionality at all.
Would appreciate any help with this one - solution in the thread linked is to reinstall the software. I have removed PRT (but not all its associated resource on the C drive) and reinstalled, but this has not solved it.
There are some XML files created while using civil commands in folder such as C:\Users\jp.laville-noel\AppData\Local\Bentley\PowerRailTrack\8.11\rAW81wTY_ybRgpFap7KkYg\prefs\civil
Try to delete files or the one for civil cells
