Hello together,
when we created the rails, after we had done the corridor, the rails were on the right Elevation. Because we Chose the profile model and so the rails knew where to place themselves. But when we wanted to do the same with the sleepers, they went on the wrong Elevation. As you can see it on the Picture. But we do not know why. Maybe somebody know the answer.
I had such result, but each time it was due to the geometry selected to place the sleepers. A wrong one without active profile. Check 3D model is turned off and carefully check which alignment you are using.
Hello,I have a similar problem. For me, the problem occurs when the Complex element has not given an active profile. However, I cannot assign the profile to the complex element (via Set Active Profile). It works with a normal line, but not with the complex element. What could be the reason? In the line with the active profile, the thresholds are at the height you should be at and without the active profile they are at 0.Thank youPatrick Rebstock
Yes sure. The active profile is a requirement. So the issue is why you are unable to set an active profile?
What do you see in the complex profile window ? No profile ? Some lines ?
Check that there is not already an active profile for this complex. Or, for a test, just create a line in the profile window and set it as the active profile. You can do this only in the file that contains the complex, not through a reference.
