Hello,
I have made a simple alignement in ord (Version 10.06.00.38)
The alignement exists out horizontal, vertical, speed and cant.
If i do an export to XML with "export geometry" it does not include the speed and cant in the xml file
I did try this with LandXML version 1.2 and version 2.0 but both don't take the speed and cant.
How can i make an export to xml thats including the speed and cant?
Best regards,
Ariaan
Is this fixed or going to be fixed? Because i still cannot export design to xml with cant and speed. I'm using version 10.07.00.56 so not the latest version
Unfortunately still not issued even in 2019_R2. I checked that enhancement is logged and approved.
We´re havning problem with this to. I compared the files exported from ORD, XML version 1.0 - 2.0, and I saw that they where the same. I have send in a service request (7001329541) on that.
When we import it to BRT the cant doesn´t show up. It looks like that it handles the internal stationing in the XML-file different.
We have similar problem when importing from a alg-file to ORD. To get the stationing right we must run Simplify Geometry on all geometries after import.
We´re running ORD 10.10.01.03.
The same issue is happend here. It seems that the chainage off the cant is not correcty exported to the XML file.(version 1.2 and 2.0)
In the XML file you can see start station for horizontal and vertical design are simular, let's say 100,00m. The chainage for the cant is set towards 0,00m wich is not the case from the design.
Importing the XML into BRT and your're cant will be incorrect. Importing the XML into OR the cant chainage is 0,00m but in the cant editor it's chainage 100,00m.
Seems something goes wrong with the cant stationiong inside ORD if the start stationing of the design is not 0,00m for horizontal, vertical and the cant.
This is tested with ORD 2021 R1 and ORD 2020 R3
Thing this needs te be looked into from Bentley.
Yes, Something was wrong and I am following this carefully. It should be ok in next release (2021 R2). I am waiting an internal build to check
Thanks for the repy Jean-Pierre. Hope this is fixed in the next release.
