Tunnel Surface Menu in Power Rail Track SS4

Gents, 
 I can't find Tunnel Surface Menu under Evaluation Command in Power Rail Track SS4. Could anyone help me?

 You need to activate it first from application add-ins. Please see below;

Tunnel surface addin is not distributed with SS4. Only available in SS2. Maybe Kivanc has access to internal tools.
