Aerial map background not showing after togging it on

Question

Hi, the aerial background image doesn't show after togging it on. I'm using ORD update 5, I have an internet connection and have the site geo-referenced. Any suggestion to a solution ?

First idea is that you are not connected to the Connection Client. It is a requirement;

I think I tried zooming out and nothing ever showed up in my case. However, a few hours after I posted about my issue, the aerial returned to normal. Perhaps the server was down for those hours. 
 Anyway, it may be possible that these posts get you what you need (the second seems to be identical to the first but with screenshots): RE: Printing using Bing Maps 
 Is there a way to get the aerial background in ORD to print in the sheet model / to PDF or does it ONLY work in the default model?
