I've created an iModel (.i.dgn format) from adgn containing only a STM and 2 attached rasters. Raster are draped to STM as you can see in the capture:

But when I open the iModel in Navigator the draped image has dissapeared:

Unfortunately it didn't work, though I think I am now closer to the problem. As I said, I used a recent version of OpenRail to produce a terrain model based on STM, with some ortophotos draped. But when I've tried to open the dgn with an older MS (SS10) it shows me a message:

"an aditional application is required to display full resolution of stm elements and draped rasters"

I guess that it reguires Descartes for a proper display, so if this is the case, my problem will remain unsolved, I'm afraid.

The thing is that I have to send an iModel to my client, who is going to open it with Navigator SS6. So perhaps the problem is that that version is not compatible with STM yet.

Do you know if that can be consulted anywhere?

RE: STM with draped raster to iModel

This may help: https://communities.bentley.com/products/microstation/microstation_visualization/f/visualization-forum-1977638070/113823/file-with-materials-export/348366#348366
