We are checking the turnouts which are delivered by default are corresponding wit our Dutch client regulations and it seems we have some issues there so it would be good if we can export the standards to easily check them.

No I don't know anything to do that. What is the purpose ?

The best I can do for now is copy/paste to Excel from the details dialog. But issue is that branch details are in one column.

Is there another way to export Turnouts from OpenRail to an XML file?

The feature import/export utility is designed to work with OpenRoads and even there with limitations (drainage features not supported).

It doesn't work with OpenRail features such as turnouts. The content is much more complex with any possible geometry in branches.
So even you don't transform the exported xml and you import it in standards you won't get the error, but you won't get all the information. You can even check the XML and see that there is no information about turnout geometry.

If you try to transform the xml using the utility then the resulting xml fails to import.

We should add such limitation in the migration utilities readme file.
