I am designing a yard in Bentley Open Rail and for that i want to give turnouts of 1 in 8.5 but the radius is fixed for the 1 in 8.5 Turnout in the feature definition and therefore, i want to change the radius and angle of that turnout. So, kindly advise me in this matter as earliest.

Once a turnout feature definition has been used in a DGN, the feature definition is available for editing in the DGN. So copy the feature definition to set up a new turnout and edit as required.
