How to delete Imported Points after Point import

Question

After using "Import Points" tool from Rail-Import Points, I would like to delete points. Imported points are selected using the element select tool and the program crashes. 
 Please advise if there is a way to remove points points after import.

This may not be the end all solution, but I would try using the Key In menu to delete the points. Make a "Trash" level, select your points you want to delete, and add them to that new level. After that, open the Key In menu, and type "level element delete Trash". The end of that key in command needs to be the name of the new level, but for my example, I left it as "Trash".
