This file is missing, but not mandatory. You can copy an existing dgn file from&amp;nbsp;C:\ProgramData\Bentley\OpenRail Designer CE\Configuration\Organization-Civil\_Civil Default Standards - Metric\Signal Sighting and change it. One thing that doesn&amp;#39;t look to work is the&amp;nbsp;&lt;em&gt;Model Type&lt;/em&gt;. That was to group items. Again not mandatory. Each item (like a signal) is stored in its own dgn.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;It is mainly based on levels to switch ON/OFF using the edit signal properties. This old document describes the level naming convention.&lt;/p&gt;
