Hi,
Is it possible to annotate the slew values like shown below - Value with arrow perpendicular to the designed geometry from the regression point centerline.
Thanks,
Tomasz K
I don't think it is currently possible but will explore civil labeler. If the annotation orientation goes from reference to point then it could be possible.I guess the arrow direction shows the direction of the shift. So - means the track is moved to the left. Correct?
Exactly. Arrow shows direction of the movment of designed track in compare to existing.
u can annotate the regression points in the way you want to show....Just that it has to be done using drawing>annotation> points ....u need to define that annotation group for points with slew and points can be annotated not the regression line.....select the regression points and annotate as i said
I am aware of that I can annotate and have the slew value.
The problem is that like I wrote above I do not have funcionality to display the value always perpendicular to the designed track with the arrow showing the direction of the movement. In addition how we can annotate unaceptable slew if all the points are on the same feature definition ?
There are missing funcionalities which have been in old Power Rail Track.
.Below is a screen from Power Rail Track which shows all funcionalities which now are missing in OpenRail.
Hi Tomasz,
I've created the Generative Components script as a temporary remedy to annotate slew values similar to the format you need. Hope it helps in any way.Shifts and Pulls.cel
