Thank you for these! It's so much easier to get my mind around being able to make a copy then modify what you have rather than try to modify the road equivalents of these files

There is no dataset specific to rail except turnout libraries from all around the world included in the delivered organization civil folder.

Some few exceptions: you can download Australia dataset, Singapore, China.

We are working on one for UK.

One is also in used in France for SNCF but not available from download center.

OpenRail Design standards are limited to some road equations or tables to define radius and transitions. So could be done for rail even not something widely used from my experience. Drawing annotations (plan, profile, maybe cross section) is what can be customized and should be customized for each authority.
As you say, something that is still missing for AREMA. I will check for any initiative there.
