Hello everyove,I am a student from Slovakia and i must create a rail in this program...problem is that, my terrain is only a jpg map with countours so how can i turn it into a dtm ? I was looking for some tutorials but i dont how any dots anything only this jpg map.
If it is not a 3D raster you can't do much with it except digitization using raster manager.
If you've got a 3D raster, then you can create a terrain from file:
