I created horizontal and vertical alignment using Power Inroads and now want to convert into Openrail Designer. How can I convert .alg ( geometry file) file to Landxml successfully to Openrail designer?
You can import alg in OpenRail Designer. No need to use intermediate XML file.

No. Nothing. After importing you must check all cant objects properties in OpenRail and assign Feature Definition. That's all.
Thank you for your reply. I did import successfully .alg in OpenRail designer but found discrepancies in stationing which I am trying to resolve. I will check cant objects. I did assign a Feature definition too.
