Regression analysis and spirals

Hello everyone,

I have a question regarding regression analysis.

I imported the survey points, created the regression line and use the curvature diagram to create the corresponding geometry. However, I hit a little bit of a roadblock.

According to Bentley's material, the process to create a a geometry is to first define the curves and straight section, then bridge them with transition curves. However, what happens when the regression line starts from a transition curve? There is no other suitable element to be used as a footstep to bridge the gap with transition curve, since regresssion line beign with one.

How do we handle such situations? Attached you will find a screenshot of the data.
