I am having an issue where there is a suffix after my stationing values of R1, see clipping below. I think it has something to do with the fact that I created a 'railway' but I am not sure.
Is there a way to remove this?

What is the report you are using?
It's any horizontal, vertical and cant report that shows this.
it is probably the station equation name added as suffix. Check if you have a station equation assigned to the alignment.
Unfortunately it is not that, there is no dropdown and nothing changes if I right click and delete. I have been looking through the turnout xml to compare with PRT and it noticed the following:
it is really like you've got an equation name named R1
