Project Scale Factor (PSF)

When I work with Bentley InRoads V8i (SELECTseries 10) I can give scale factor. 

So alignment and profile station can be drawn by scale factor. (see below screenshots)

But I can't find this option in the OpenRail/OpenRoad Designer software.

Does Someone know this option in the OpenRail/OpenRoad Designer software?

It is not the survey scale factor.

    I am not used to scale reduction but it looks to be fully handled through GeoCoordinate Systems.
    Unfortunately, scale reduction from GeoCS, or even GeoCS itself, is not included in the report.
    Maybe to be added to Ideas to get votes.

    Below an example with 2 models with different coordinate systems, one with scale reduction the other with no scale reduction.
    The first, in which geometry was created, is referenced (reprojected) in the second which is empty.
    You can see how a simple dimension or linear geometry length annotation is transformed.
