Events Points

Not entirely sure what you are asking. If it is how to annotate event points in a profile, you just need to modify the Annotation Group for the Feature Def of the Geometry you are using and add Annotation Defs in the Annotation Group for the Event Points so they get annotated.

 What is an Annotation Group? 

The key to Event Point annotation is that the Name of the Event Point List in the Annotation Group MUST MATCH the Event Point List name for the Geometry.

If it is to have specific text for specific Event Points, the only way this can currently be done is by using Multiple Event Point Lists, and Custom Annotation Defs for different Event Point List Names. (this is a real pain in my opinion)

you are right I have specific name for specific event points. And I followed above steps you have shared, and it works too but I got 50% solution. I imported the points but with same annotation. And renaming all points manually is a time consuming process because I have more then 100 points in one alignment. so, I can't use manual method.
