i prepared a greed of lines and i wanted to place the profile inside the grids since the alignments are all short segments for a station yard with a small length and i want to have some kind of order for my review. so what happened was in the past i was using Bentley rail track in AutoCAD platform and since it has snaps AutoCAD function, i can properly place my profile in the greed but now i started using power rail track and this function is not active. so i would appreciate it if some one can give me a solution on how to do this. thank you
Thank you for the quick reply, the CTRL+SHIFT works well. Thank you
If you work with PRT then use the Microstation Snaps. If you want to snap on an element use Crtl+Shift and the snap
You need to go to Tools > Cutomize > Snaps for AutoCAD
In the Rail product, when running in AutoCAD, there is a special Snaps toolbar that is fore use instead of the native AutoCAD Snap tools. I don't have that platform, so I cannot elaborate where to find it, but I know it is there.
