There are 3 softwares provided by Bentley for Rail Design. Will someone discuss the difference between MX Rail, Power Rail Track and Bentley Rail Track softwares for Rail Design ?????

MX Rail has been replaced by Rail Track as the Bentley Rail product. Bentley Rail Track and Power Rail Track are the same but Power Rail Track includes the cad platform (virtually a MicroStation) whereas Bentley Rail Track requires MicroStation. So we can say that Power Rail Track is the rail product.

Every time ,I tried to open Bentley Track the interface that comes out is just MicroStation (with out Bentley track dialog box)
IS there any way you can help me?
