XSections - Hatching components

There are some pending enhancement there, but meanwhile we can do what is described here:

Method:

1. Add hatching in the element template (if not already set)
2. Assign the element template to the 3D components using properties dialog
   This is the extra step that should not be required
   Example of script that can be used. It can be created using Excel by exporting templates and use migration utilities to convert to excel, then add required information.
