Xsection-How to annotate Cant and place a cell for sleepers

Useful for all but even more for those who were used to the Place cell/block... tools in SS2.

Below is what you can get in OpenRail Designer.
No judgement of the design itself. It is only to show annotation of cant and sleeper as cell.

To place a cell for sleeper, you can set an annotation of segment with a cell at middle of the segment

There is no specialized command to annotate cant "alignment" on Xsection.
Therefore we must find another way.
Cant is the level difference between the rails. So it is segment annotation.
Unfortunately we can't annotate height of a segment. Only slope or length.
There is an enhancement request for such capability.  ** IT IS THERE AT LEAST IN 2023 BUT CERTAINLY PREVIOUS AS WELL **

** WORKAROUND NOT REQUIRED ANYMORE SINCE 2023 (or previous) **

The current workaround is to convert the level difference between rails to horizontal distance.
It can be "easily" done with template points where horizontal constraint = vertical distance between rails.
One additional trick is to avoid length = 0 if we want to annotate Cant=0mm
This workaround will end when height of segment will be available.
