In 2021 R1 we introduced a new hidden capability to be able to correctly bend french secant turnouts.
So if the 1st element of branch 0 is a linear with length equal to distance between .1 and theo .1 then the new calculation is applied.Bending must remain Default and outer rail.The new calculation ensures that total length of the turnout, from toe joint to heel joint is maintained along outer rail.
Note that in this case, theo .1 is used as toe joint and we don't need the true geometry of the branch but an average one.That is why we are also delivering a new turnout library named.Theo .1 is the toe joint and .1 is the toe. The distance between theo .1 to .1 is maintained along center line. It is taken into account to calculate the overall length of the turnout along outer rail.
