I am using same principle based on Excel spreadsheet.
For this first one I create solids, I am not using cells. However, it is easy to convert this script to use cells.
Lines, axis of sleepers, are created. To use sleepers we must add a coordinate system at the middle with good orientation, then place the cells.
There are few groups of sleepers so limited amount of cells to create IF we omit the fastening system. That is another challenge.

I wanted this first one to be simple, easy to use and change for your design.

Reference your design

Get in current GC file 4 rails with first point as toe of turnout (all of them going in the same direction

copy / fence / delete fence content / direction
Note that this method is also to show alternative to select by range from the reference. To be used only on short length not along full track.
However, select by range, used in place cells along track script, could also be used. It needs to add start/end point and check rail index.

Adjust Offset coordinate system (edit transaction)

Select Rails

Run till the end

Adjust extension, excel file, etc.

Never rewind to, or before, rails selection. You will have to copy again from reference.
