I'm newly learning STAAD pro, and would like to ask how (and where) to implement Ground Peak Acceleration value in STAAD pro to get earthquake load ?

To implement GPA value response spectrum analysis has to be performed. Under Loading Tab you will find response spectrum loading.
You can add user specific values into your spectrum or use STAAD default values. More information can be searched online for Response Spectrum Analysis.
