Seismic Parameters for Russia

I don't think I understood the question. My apologies. Can you please provide a little more detail and if possible attach a screenshot to explain the query ?

In the examples of Russian seismic load is prescribed as a force (in red in the screenshot), but I want to ask her through Seismic Definitions (blue in the screenshot). To do this I need to know what type of Seismic Parameters used in the program for Rosii. Or does not.

The option you marked in blue is the equivalent static seismic load generation and that is not available for Russian codes. STAAD.Pro supports generation of response spectrum loading as per the Russian codes which is the one marked in red in your post. The nodal loads FX, FY etc are not actually loads but these are the masses. The software is going to internally convert these to masses when carrying out the dynamic analysis. You can double click on the SPECTRUM load item from within the tree structure to check out the parameters based on which the input spectra has been generated.

That is, if I understand correctly, to calculate the seismic load on the structure (which is not affected by other forces than its own weight), using the Russian standards (e.g. SP 14.13330.2011), I need to by hand or in another program to calculate seismic load [in Newtons] on structural elements, and then use the response spectrum used by Russian regulatory document for the final calculation.
