Frustrating design failure results in RC Designer

When I run start the design process I get the following in a small popup window called "Design messages":

Member 29: Tension reinforcement could not be designed in span 1
Member 29: Insufficient tension reinforcement at 0.000 m
Member 29: Insufficient tension reinforcement at 0.250 m
Member 29: Insufficient tension reinforcement at 0.550 m
Member 29: Insufficient tension reinforcement at 1.100 m
Member 29: Insufficient tension reinforcement at 1.587 m
Member 29: Insufficient tension reinforcement at 1.619 m
Member 29: Insufficient tension reinforcement at 2.138 m
Member 29: Insufficient tension reinforcement at 2.656 m
Member 29: Insufficient tension reinforcement at 3.175 m
Member 29: Insufficient tension reinforcement at 3.694 m
Member 29: Insufficient tension reinforcement at 4.213 m
Member 29: Insufficient tension reinforcement at 4.731 m
Member 29: Insufficient tension reinforcement at 4.762 m
Member 29: Insufficient tension reinforcement at 5.250 m
Member 29: Insufficient tension reinforcement at 5.800 m
Member 29: Insufficient tension reinforcement at 6.100 m

...and the list goes on for ALL beams in my model along their complete span. No matter what parameters I change in the beam design brief nothing changes. I'm using ACI 318M-05.

This almost happens in any model I have ever used in STAAD, so I'm basicly using STAAD now just for analysis, I then do my design calculations on excel sheets...I'm trying to get more professional and efficient than using excel here so what am I missing?

I would so much appreciate if there is a database of these error messages that Bentley can collect in one place in the help explaining how to overcome these errors, perhaps a set of tutorials too in the Bentley institute that will cover these various error messages.
