Ram Elements - Base Plate Module - Custom Layout

Question

I have a couple questions, but first I'd like to say nice work on this module. Seems impressive thus far.

I can't seem to offset the column transverse to the base plate (in the photo below that would left/right). Why is this?

For my current layout (see below) I receive the following warning: "- The anchors centroid has a major axis eccentricity" 
 
 Can you provide further insight as to what this warning is getting at? I mean I understand the anchors group is eccentric but how does that effect the software/solution?"

It appears that a "Smart Fixed Uniaxial Major Axis" base plate was assigned to the joint. This connection ignores minor axis moment, which prevents the column from being offset in the transverse direction or the anchors from having a major axis eccentricity. To resolve both problems, assign a "Smart Fixed Biaxial Base Plate" instead.
