RAM Connections - Moment End Plate Beam Splice

Question

In the results tab: 
 Vertical bolt spacing (external flange) [in] 3.00 4.00 -- Sec. J3.3 
 I can't seem to figure out how to adjust the vertical bolt spacing for the external flange... 
 Any hints?

Is this for the connection "Smart MEP Ext Both Ways Beam Splice"? I checked that one in v9.2.0.117 and I see that the value used by the program is the sum of the distance from outer bolt rows to flange + flange thickness + distance from inner bolt rows to flange.
